Mental health isn’t just a conversation for a month.
It’s a reality for a lot of us every single day.
It’s the mind that won’t slow down when the house finally gets quiet.
It’s the weight you can’t quite name but you feel it sitting on your chest.
It’s showing up, smiling, functioning… and still feeling like something underneath is off.
And here’s where I want to be really clear, friend…
struggling in your mind does not mean you are failing in your faith.
Some of us love God deeply… and still struggle in our minds.
Sometimes it’s just hard.
Mental health isn’t always something that gets fixed with one breakthrough moment.
For some of us… it’s something we learn to walk with.
Something we steward.
Something we bring into the light again and again.
And if I can say one thing this month, it’s this…
You don’t have to do it alone.
You were never meant to carry heavy thoughts, anxious spirals, or quiet sadness by yourself.
Not in silence.
Not behind a smile.
Not while everyone assumes you’re “fine.”
If you’ve been holding it all together on the outside but feeling it unravel underneath… I see you. And more than that… I’m here, sister.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is let someone in.
To say it out loud.
To stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not.
Healing doesn’t always look like overcoming everything.
Sometimes it looks like staying… connected, honest, supported… right in the middle of it.
So if this is your reality right now… you’re not alone. Let me know how I can pray.
